Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy

  • We will not entertain returns of items that have visible usage/worn-out signs. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.
  • We offer the option of return or exchange of items within 1 days of receiving of items.
  • We request our customers to check the orders carefully at the time of delivery and report any damages/shortages.
  • n case of any damage or the customer doesn’t like the products, kindly inform within 7 days of receiving the item, or else your complaint will not be taken into consideration. In case of damage customers will also have to send the pictures of the damaged product as a proof via Email or WhatsApp.
  • The buyer is responsible for arranging the returns of items in their original form with no damages or visible usage signs, when possible in their original packaging. Partial returns or selected items return is not possible.

Refund Policy

  • The refund process initiates once products are received by the seller.
  • Items purchased through credit card/debit card/net banking [full invoice amount including taxes] will be paid to the respective bank/credit card account or, Customer can opt for a coupon of the same Value and he/she can use this in next order.
